Wearingeul The Happy Prince Fountain Pen Ink
Wearingeul The Happy Prince is a literary fountain pen ink inspired by Oscar Wilde’s The Happy Prince, a story of beauty, compassion, sacrifice, and the cost of giving.
The ink combines a deep, muted blue with gold shimmer, creating a striking contrast that recalls the jeweled and gilded statue at the center of Wilde’s story. As the shimmer catches the light, the ink moves between something somber and something luminous—a fitting interpretation of a tale in which outward splendor is gradually given away in acts of compassion.
Choose between the original 30 mL Wearingeul bottle and the 5 mL Boston Lore Archive Bottle.
30 mL Full Bottle — The original Wearingeul bottle, sealed by the manufacturer. A good choice for writers who already know the ink or want a full supply for regular use.
5 mL Archive Bottle — Genuine Wearingeul ink, hand-filled by Boston Lore Studio into a clear Type I borosilicate glass bottle with a lined screw cap. Each bottle is individually labeled and presented in a labeled glassine envelope.
Unlike a disposable plastic sample vial, the Archive Bottle is intended to be kept. Once empty, the glass bottle can be cleaned and reused for ink, refilled from a larger bottle, carried in a pen kit or to the office, or recycled where local glass recycling accepts it.
