Robert Oster Tranquility is a green-leaning teal with a calm, saturated base and enough variation to keep long passages lively. In wetter areas, a reddish-pink sheen can appear along the edges and over pooled strokes.
Independent reviews describe moderate shading, a fairly wet flow, and quick-to-average drying despite that generous delivery. Sheen varies with paper and nib but is more than a swab-only effect in the right combination. There is no shimmer.
