Wearingeul The Raven transforms Poe’s famous refrain into a deep violet-black ink animated by blue and violet shimmer. At first glance it is dark and elegant; as the page moves through the light, the shimmer gives the color a subtle, mesmerizing motion.
Its wet, well-lubricated flow makes it satisfying in generous nibs, while medium and broad points display the particulate color most clearly. Heavier strokes may reveal a quiet golden edge effect alongside the dominant blue-violet shimmer.
