Nahvalur Original Violet Ash Fountain Pen
Violet Ash sets a muted gray barrel against deep violet accents and rose gold trim. The result feels at home beside a well-used notebook: quietly colored, yet distinctive enough to notice each time you reach for it.
The Original's piston mechanism fills directly from a bottle, with room for the ink you return to most often. Choose from four nibs: Extra Fine for small handwriting and marginal notes; Fine for a controlled line in correspondence and journal entries; Medium for a fuller line that lets an ink's color come through; or Stub, whose line variation lends character to headings, signatures, and letters. Nahvalur produces this colorway in limited quantities.
Note from the Archivist
Substantial in the hand yet light upon the page, the Original anchors itself with graceful authority. Every line of its architecture whispers of a luxury far grander than its tag reveals.

The Archivist’s Recommendation
Robert Oster — Burgundy Chocolate Notes
A complex, moody marriage of deep burgundy-rose and earthy chocolate, offering soft, Victorian-inspired shading on the page. Add the 5 mL Archive Bottle to your order →
If you prefer a darker hue, the Archivist also recommends J. Herbin Poussière de Lune Fountain Pen Ink — 30 mL for this pen—a dusky violet that deepens toward plum on the page.
For a deeper pairing, 01 Boston Lore — 5 mL Archive Bottle offers a blackened burgundy-brown whose muted warmth sits well beside Violet Ash’s cool resin and rose gold trim.
