Diamine Eclipse Fountain Pen Ink — 80 mL
The sky in the moment the sun disappears.
During an eclipse, daylight drains away into a strange, deep dusk that is not quite night. Diamine's Eclipse takes its name from that moment: a near-black ink with a hidden color in its depths.
On the page it reads almost black at first glance, but look closer and a deep blue-purple undertone shows at the edges of each stroke and where the ink pools. It is dark enough for formal letters and long drafts, with more mystery than a plain black. The generous 80 mL bottle comes from Diamine of Liverpool, England, who have been making ink since 1864.
