Wearingeul Persephone uses a deep blackberry-violet base and pomegranate-red to pink shimmer to hold two identities at once: queen of the underworld and figure of returning spring. The color is dark, but the shimmer keeps breaking through it.

Community reports consistently describe the ink as a dark purple shimmer ink, with Wearingeul inks generally tending a little dry in many pens. Broad, double-broad, and other generous nibs tend to display the particulate effect most readily. The shimmer should be redistributed gently before filling and during longer writing sessions.
