Robert Oster Blue Water Ice is a bright blue with a clear turquoise pull, somewhere between traditional mid-blue and sunlit tropical water. It remains highly legible while carrying much more movement than a standard office blue.
Across independent reviews, the ink shows medium shading and a red or pink edge sheen on ink-friendly paper. Flow is generally reported on the wet side, with smooth, generous delivery; dry time varies with paper and nib because wetter lines naturally take longer. Water resistance is low.
